Customer Review: hose end failure
A great looking hose reel,( recieved 2 of the 7500 model today read the instructions and installed same only to see water spraying out at the brass coupling on one...the other hose reel male end just came right off the hose.....I have not seen such a cheap hose brass end in a very long time..I will go to the local home depot to get a first class brass male end and this should cure the problem,its less pain then sending back the 2 reels.......very disapointed in the hose quality...Richard E Cervi CEO/ Emergency Response Systems
Customer Review: don't waste time or money
Well, at first look this think is awesome. The retractor worked perfect. But then we hooked up the water and it started spewing water like the titanic. At first look it appears the very inexpensive couplings were the problem. The threads are not aligned properly. Then it just blows off and starts shooting water everywhere. And of course the company has no customer service phone number only an email to the sales dept.

Customer Review: Easily broken
I've got 2 of those timers. One works well, doing what it's supposed to do (note that it doesn't turn on automatically, you have to do it yourself). Another one is already broken after using it not more then 10 times.
Customer Review: Hose faucet timer
This is great and we love these timers. However you have to be aware of a manufacturing defeciency in the turn knob. These knobs break easily off the stem over a little time, so I remove them and fill in the empty space around the stem slot(on the underside of the knob) with epoxy putty. Orbit should really do a better job on these weak knobs.
